JWM Expansion Financial Assessment

BST Associates presented a draft report to the Port Commission to evaluate the financial feasibility of alternative marina designs prepared by Reid Middleon, Inc. for John Wayne Marina.
A cost-benefit study showed that none of the five alternatives under consideration would have benefits exceed costs.
