Forks Motorsports Park Preliminary Study - FINAL report

The Port of Port Angeles contracted with SE Group to conduct a preliminary feasibility study for a Motorsports Park in Forks, Washington.
The study concluded: 1) a new motorsports park is technically feasible, but 2) facility development would invove significant capital costs.
